Project Management

The Project Management group provides in-house management expertise, allowing delivering an integrated service to clients through the life-cycle of a project – from concept, through construction to completion.

The group’s activities include, budgeting and cost management; programmer and resource management; contract management and administration, helping clients to define, plan, monitor and deliver a project on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
